The Artisan Printing Process
Every photograph at Tinatini is treated as a piece of fine art. We do not keep mass-produced posters in a warehouse. Instead, each photograph is custom-printed upon order to ensure the highest gallery quality. Please allow up to 5 business days for our artisan printing, thorough quality inspection, and careful packaging before your order is dispatched.
Secure Packaging

To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition:

  • Unframed Prints: Shipped in robust, crush-resistant mailing tubes or reinforced flat mailers (depending on size) to protect the archival paper from moisture and bending.
  • Framed Prints: (If you add this option later) Carefully padded with corner protectors and shipped in heavy-duty corrugated boxes.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Because we ship our artwork to various locations and offer different print sizes shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on your exact location and the dimensions of your order. To see your exact shipping cost simply add your desired item to the cart and enter your delivery address at checkout. The final delivery Price with the displate before you complete your purchase. Once your artwork has passed our quality check and is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (Poland) 1-3 business days after dispatch 
Within EU 3-7 business days after dispatch
International (outside EU) 7-14 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the local courier network. 


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your artwork's journey to your door.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside of the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country's customs office.
